About the Artist

HRISTELIN (Hristo Kirilov) is one of the most interesting guitar virtuosos, singer and composer of our time, with his own unique style.

In 2011 The composition “Fire dance” was submitted for Grammy Awards in the “Best rock performance” category. The press called him “The Next Jeff Beck.”

He has nine solo albums to his credit:

“GG-BG-concert” (2001), “Обещание” (2007), “Life” (2010), “We are super stars” (2013), “What I Feel” (2021) – remastering of the album “Awareness”, released under the new name HRISTELIN, “After Life”-single (2023), “From The Very Beginning”-single (2023), “Courage”-single (2024), “One Life”-single (2024).

Own music show “STAR” (2007-2008), successful work in films, on television and constant tours.

Since 2005, HRISTELIN has been collaborating as a composer, arranger and guitarist with such leading Russian artists as:

Linda, ballet “Renaissance”, ballet Alla Dukhova “Todes”, “Seth Riggs Studio-Hollywood”,

symphony orchestra “Globalis”, Yulia Kogan, Natalie Asmolova, Victoria Belova, Oscar Kuchera “Kuchera and Band`r”,

Each of his concerts is a grandiose show, including not only original songs, Balkan music and instrumental compositions, but also original interpretations of megahits:

Music from films – “The Godfather”, “Mission Impossible”, “Pulp Fiction”, etc.;

Classic works – “Csardas”, “Flight of the Bumblebee”, “Turkish March”, etc.;

Works in cinema

In 2011, the Russian TV series “Spouses” included 10 original compositions;

In 2015, the composition “Life” was taken as the main soundtrack for the film “Labyrinths of Love”, and HRISTELIN is one of the composers of the film.

In 2018, a song was written for the World Cup “I love football” performed by Yulia Kogan with lyrics by Vladlen Khudikov

In 2020, at the international festival “Bulgarian Soul on the Holy Land”, Israel, the composition “Life” received the Grand Prix and the song “Сини очи” took first place.

In 2021, at the Russian Woodstock festival, the main organizer, Igor Sandler, awarded HRISTELIN the Noble Diploma and the Woodstock Silver Medal, along with Vladimir Kuzmin, Bari Alibasov and other Russian artists.

In parallel with his concert and composing activities, HRISTELIN makes music and arrangements to order and also teaches guitar lessons to children and adults.
